Taking It Slow

On 20 August, I had a small soft-tissue cyst removed from my right knee. Today, I went back to have the dressing redone.

For the next 10 days, I need to change the dressing every third day. Once those 10 days are up, the stitches can finally be removed.

Until then, I should avoid moving around too much. The stitches are right around my knee, so I also need to avoid bending it.
